2007 Festival Theme: Motion & Commotion
This year's Festival theme puts a spotlight on all things kinetic from human movement to alternative energy. Among the 2007 highlights are zany human-powered kinetic sculpture racers in the Kinetic Challenge, battery-powered mini-sculptures competing in the Leonardo 500, public art on a grand, mobile scale, community art of a cycle-delic kind, electric car races, foot-stomping music, and festive dance performances.
